Friday Update Market News!
Father’s Day is Sunday! Perhaps grilling up something tasty for Dad? Steak & Shitakes? And Salad Season is here! The difference in fresh, organic greens from your local farms….well, I could fill up a book! George is back with Shitakes! Blackbird Farm has beautiful asian greens & lettuces,  Liberty Farm has special baked goodies for Dad (cheddar biscuits!) along with loads of radishes & kale, and Pine Row Farm & Earthscape Farm have all your beef needs covered (and Earthscape has garlic scapes!) The Pasturage has added bacon, pork belly & smoked jowl to their list for all you bacon fans!

Happy Father’s Day to all you great Dads, & see you at the Market!

The Bring Water to the Woven Farm fundraiser was a success! Between the funds raised online and folks who sent donations in the mail we have helped Woven Farm get water! If you still want to make a donation the fund will remain open for awhile at GoFundMe Link: https://gofund.me/c6873fdd Please see Sam’s note at the bottom.

The Pasturage LLC of Montague
Hello Sweetwater Folk!  Our attached list has been updated.  We have bacon, pork belly (a whole slab), fresh side pork (small pieces of pork belly), smoked jowl (also known as guanciale), fresh jowl (phenomenal over the fire), half pork butt roasts plus whole or half pork shoulder roasts (all of which are perfect for pulled pork). We also have the good ol’ stand-by’s that always satisfy like brats, breakfast links, and ground pork. Also, please note: we will not be back to Sweetwater until July 9.
Happy Father’s Day! My Dad insisted on being my soccer coach as a kid, which was not always welcome on my end. Nowadays, I am so thankful he is willing and able to help, and a fan of what we’re doing in the farm. The farm would not be where it is without his assistance. Thank your dad! (Perhaps in grill-able form, check out the list here:)
We will be at Sweetwater this weekend, June 18, so feel free to pre-order from the linked list.  All of those items will also be available for walk up purchase. A reminder that if you’d like more than one of something, pre-ordering guarantees you’ll get what you want!
