Pastured turkey: Fed certified organic grain. Whole turkeys processed the week before Thanksgiving, also: frozen packaged thighs, drumsticks, breast roast, sliced breast, and tenderloin.
Pastured chicken: Frozen chicken fed certified organic grains. All cuts—whole, cut up, bone-in and boneless skinless breast, drumsticks, thighs, leg quarters and wings, soup stock, feet, liver, hearts and gizzards. All meats raised on pasture with daily moves.
Free-Range Eggs: Large.

New! You’ve been asking for it, now we have it! Introducing Creswick Farms Old Fashioned Braunschweiger! Our Braunschweiger (smoked liverwurst) is exceptionally meaty and smooth with a soft, spread-like texture and a distinctive spicy liver-based flavor. It also has a very high amount of vitamin A, iron and proteins. It is usually used as a spread for toast, but can also be used as a filling for sandwiches, often paired with stone-ground mustard, sliced tomatoes and cheese. Slice and serve between two slices of Rye Bread for a great mid-week sandwich snack! Approx 7/8 pound packages.

BEEF: These steers were fed some homegrown grain with their homegrown hay last winter, and were on lush rotational pastures all summer. Cows can eat grain as long as they are on pasture or hay free-range. They balance their own diets when given a variety to choose from.

Potatoes: Red Norlands are the most popular red-skinned potato ~ excellent boiled, mashed, & smashed. Russets are the standard baking potato- high in starch and low in moisture, so they bake well and yield light, fluffy mashed potatoes. They don’t hold their shape after cooking, so don’t use them to make potato salads or scalloped potatoes. We also have Russian fingerlings ~ buff brown skin / white flesh.
