We now make a 100 percent whole grain loaf from Kamut flour. Kamut is a non hybridized relative of durum wheat that is said to have originated in ancient Egypt. It results in a surprisingly light loaf with a moist texture and fruity flavor. While it does contain the proteins that develop gluten, it is a great alternative for folks with wheat sensitivities.

Michigan Ballot Proposal 3: 25% x 2025 & Growing the New Michigan Economy!

This November Michigan has the option to keep the good momentum going and raise Michigan’s renewable energy use to 25%.
