The Pasturage has some new goodies in, including Chorizo, so be sure to check out their list! Lots of great meats also available from Pine Row, Scholls & Liberty Farms as well – no reason not to have excellent soups, stews and/or roasts this week! Add some of Scholl’s potatoes to the pot, and here’s a secret tip: Forest Finds Wild Salt and a dropper or two of their Fire Cider in a cup of hot soup – whew!

At this point it’s looking like another sunny, but cold market day, so please dress warm, or stay in your car and pull up behind vendors you have orders with. And PLEASE get your preorders in today!

The Pasturage LLC of Montague
GOOD NEWS!
Guess what!  We picked up the sausage and other delectables!  We now have chorizo, breakfast links, Italian, kielbasa and ground pork.  Also, warm your soul, nourish your body, and build your immunity with bone broth.  We have an exceptional assortment of cuts that complement one another nicely for whole body protection.  These include pork shanks, pork hocks, pork feet, pork neck bones, pork ears, pork snout, lamb shanks, lamb osso bucco, and lamb soup bones.  Each cut contributes different attributes, and the most nutritious bone broth is made of a combination.  Ears and feet, for example, are rich in collagen while the neck bones have quite a bit of marrow and and meat leading to a vitamin rich brew.  Check out https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/bone-broth for more information.  And rest assured, no one will know you put feet in your stock pot, and then they won’t care when they feel so good because of them!
