The Mannor Farm of Hesperia
We will be at the Sweetwater Market on March 22nd from 10am -11am.   Order cut-off is 10pm on March 21st.
We will be offering the following:
Locally Grown Rabbit – Whole   Average 2.7 lbs  $8.00 per LB
Our rabbit is always young and tender.  Raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones, our farm-raised rabbit has virtually no fat and is a great source of protein. Try it today as an alternative to chicken or turkey!   All our meat is processed in a MDARD  Inspected facility.
USDA Organic Black Garlic.   Black Garlic starts off as regular white hardneck garlic.  Black Garlic is commonly referred to as being fermented, in fact, it’s not fermented.  It is a curing/drying process. The process of making black garlic is slow and done over a number of days. This completely changes the flavor, texture, smell, and even increases the health benefits of the garlic.  This USDA Organic garlic is  grown and processed in the USA.  $10.00 per 3.75 oz Resealable Pouch We will be offering a limited amount of taste samples weather permitting.
Onion Flakes. Only ingredient is our Certified Naturally Grown onions. $10.00per 6 oz Resealable Pouch
Hot Pepper Powder. Only ingredient is our Certified Naturally Grown hot peppers. $5.00per 2 oz Spice Jar
Garlic Seasoning Blend.   This blend is made up of equal parts of our locally naturally grown garlic, Organic Shri Lankan Black Pepper, and white sea salt. We also offer a salt free option.   $5.50 per 2.5 oz Spice Jar
We are also offering Organic Shri Lankan Black Peppercorns, CNG Crushed Hot Pepper and white sea salt.
We will also have wildflower honey and honey mustard from Sleeping Bear Farms in Beulah, Michigan as well as maple syrup from Kazsa Sugar Bush from Shelby, Michigan.
Pre-Orders for this market are appreciated.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards and SNAP/EBT (Bridge) cards.
Go to Shop at The Mannor Farm  (https://mannorfarm.eatfromfarms.com/shop.php) to place an order.  This site will get your order reserved immediately if the item is in stock.  Orders through this link get priority.
We prefer orders be placed through the above link but will take emailed or text orders. We need an email address or text phone number to send invoices to. Email orders to the.mannor.farm@gmail.com or text to 231-301-9894.

The Pasturage of Montague
Hi peeps (it’s that time of year, right? where I can call you peeps?), Easter is around the bend. Do you celebrate? If so, we’d be honored to supply your table. We have all sorts of lamb, including bone-in and boneless leg of lamb, rack of lamb, bone-in and boneless shoulder. For the smaller crowds or appetizers, we have delectable lamb loin chops along with lamb snack sticks and jerky to nosh on. In my family, Easter breakfast was always coffee cake, hardboiled eggs and sausage. We have pork sausage (breakfast links and patties, Italian, hot Italian, brats) and lamb sausage (breakfast links, spicy breakfast links, brats) aplenty. Then there’s bacon, which really needs no season, holiday or excuse to crave. Take a gander at our list: http://www.thepasturage.com/order. We are delighted to serve you.
Tootles!

The Woven Farm of Whitehall
The sun is shining and crops are slowly growing! We have had a smooth start to the season with running water – Wowie does it feel great to not be spending time and energy hauling buckets!
Our hoophouse is planted out in spring greens and early season flowers that are growing more vibrant by the day with all of this sunshine!
I hope to return to market in April (perhaps late March if the crops allow!)
In the meantime, the early season support of the farm through CSA purchases is extremely appreciated as we make the necessary investments for this season!
We have a few CSA shares left (both veggie and flower shares are available!)
Click the link below to learn more about our CSA program and sign up!

Looking forward to being back at market soon!
Cheers to Good Growing!
