All quarters are sold and we butcher again in December.
VEGETABLES: ONIONS, SWEET PEPPERS OF MANY COLORS, EGGPLANT, cabbages, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes. MAYBE MORE!
We have a lot of ground beef! $6.50 per lb, in ~ 1/2 and 1# packaging. Same price for many years!
Please let us know if you want to pay at pick up (cash or checks made out to Earthscape Farm), or on line with a Square invoice. We can most likely fill orders up until 7am Saturday morning!

All of our poultry is free range, locked in nightly, and has certified organic feed. With the young layers producing now, we have plenty of chicken eggs! The ducklings are nearly fully grown and feathered, but will not produce until February or March.
Chicken eggs are $6/dozen.
Duck eggs are $10/dozen.

Black Winter Radish – These spicy radishes are big at 2-5” in diameter. They can be eaten raw, pickled or cooked. Also known as storage radish because they will store for a very long time. $3.00 per quart
Japanese Minowase Daikon Radish – Daikon radish that is sweet and mild. It is white inside and out with a long, slender shape. The roots store well. Here is another radish that is a great substitute for potatoes. $2.00 each

In Case of Severe Weather: Cancellation Notice
If we need to cancel a market due to severe weather I will send out a separate email no later than Friday evening before a market notifying you that we will be closed. I will post the same message to our FB & Instagram pages as well as the website. If you know people who are regulars to the market and not in the habit of checking emails please let them know. INSTRUCTIONS FOR How to Pre-Order
1. Look over the list. Each vendor has a unique deadline for when they need to receive your pre-order depending on their product. Send your pre-order by email to each vendor you want to order from, within their required deadlines.
2. Vendors will respond back by no later than Friday before market day with an order confirmation and an invoice that in most cases will allow you to pre-pay for your order. If a vendor is not set up to take payment online they will accept checks (preferred) or cash on market day pickup.
