This week I’ll be at market with our certified organic beans, all harvested last fall. Please let me know ahead of time if you’d like to order 5# bags of any one variety, so that I can pre-bag those and bring them along.
I will have our organic non-GMO corn (for making masa) along in 2# bags. I will also have the little packets of lime. If you want corn in larger amounts than just 2#, please email me.
New this week is our freshly-ground corn meal. We took our organic non-GMO corn (the same corn you can buy at the market) down to Windmill Island in Holland and had them grind corn meal for us. This stoneground meal is fresh, fresh, fresh! Available in 2# bags.
In addition, I’ll have Grassfield Farms raw aged cheeses along in all the regular flavors in both 8 ounce wedges and cheese sticks. New this week is Polkton Corners. Polkton Corners is the centuries-old name for the Grassfields farmland. This original semi-soft creamy offering is mouth-watering at room temperature.
