2016 WINTER SCHEDULE
OPEN EVERY SATURDAY all winter!

Music at the Market!
Bermuda Triangle will be playing “unplugged” on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Sweetwater Market.  The trio consists of husband and wife Bob and Jackie Engel and Bob’s brother, Dr. Mike Engel.  They will be playing songs that you know and love and they dare you not to sing along!

Attending this week’s market:

Shady Side Farm of Holland
Winter finds us enjoying a little slower pace. We are catching up with reading and with paperwork before the lambing season hits. By the way, our Annual Shearing Day will be held Saturday, March 5, and Timothy Wright will be shearing for us. I will be at market this Saturday with our certified organic dry beans, Grassfields Farm’s raw aged cheeses, and (probably for the last time this winter) Mike’s handcranked socks and our wool mittens. Let us know if you need anything special (5-25# bags of most of our beans are available by pre-order) by emailing us before 5 pm on Friday at info@shadysidefarm.com.

The Roaring Mouse Coffee Roasters of Hart
Winter is here! Time to curl up by the fire with a hot cup of coffee!
Stop by for a cup of the freshest coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, to sip on as you shop! We roast our coffee fresh every week so you can get it at the peak of its flavor! We also have a huge variety of chocolate bars and barks, and several varieties of loose-leaf tea.
Great news! We are now licensed in The Starting Block in Hart, and using our new roaster! Our coffee is now air-roasted for an even better flavor and a slightly more even roast! We will be offering each coffee in 12 oz and 6 oz bags with one-way valves which allow the coffee to remain fresh longer.
Varieties:
Colombia FTO Med-Dark
Guatemala FTO Med
Papua New Guinea Med
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Light
“The Roar” Med-Dark House blend
Decaf Peru Med-Dark
Our list of Teas and Chocolates has gotten too long to include here, so check out our Facebook page for the full list of what we have available.
Email us to order in advance, and we will have it ready for you. Advance orders will ensure that we don’t run out of your favorite coffee before you get there, and speed up your shopping if you are in a hurry!

Funny Farm of Grant
It’s time to start thinking about your CSA for this year. Ask about our early sign-up special at Funny Farm this year. We have adapted our CSA this year to allow you your choice of veggies for the week. We will add 10% to the amount you choose for the summer growing season. As an incentive for the early joiners, we will increase your premium by $20, so your $300 CSA will net you $350 in produce for the summer. Special offer good until Feb. 20. We offer a mid-week delivery if you have busy Saturdays during the summer. Small extra charge, but may be worth it for the convenience.
As we have downsized the garden recently, we may have to limit our membership in order to maintain our quality.

New product! Dried kale two ways, whole leaf, or powdered. Perfect for adding to smoothies, soups and more!
Funny Farm’s own jam and jellies! Made with our own fruits, including Kiwi, Aronia berry, Crab Apple, Elderberry, and more!
