Osha root! Osha is a wonderful plant from the Rocky Mountain areas. Used traditionally by native peoples as medicine for respiratory issues. Especially stuck junk in the lungs. I will have a few bottles of extract and some osha candy made with our local maple syrup. The candy is great for just a bit opens up the respiratory passages. Excellent at moving stuck stuff!
I do have some Forest Guardian 5 mushroom extract available, and a few fire ciders and elderberry goodies. Also teas, vinegars, honeys and completely toxin free body care products.
